Ashley and Nick's Renault Winery Wedding Stationery

I love winery weddings - the scenery is absolutely beautiful, the wine is always top notch, and everything feels so bright and airy!  This wedding at Renault Winery and Resort in Egg Harbor City truly was incredible for all of Ashley and Nick’s family and friends!

For their wedding invites, the couple wanted a few things: a venue illustration, pet portraits, and their wedding colors incorporated.  For the illustration of Renault, I painted the area of the venue where Ashley and Nick were getting married.  I wanted to make sure that the edges of the painting were loose and almost floated to the edge of the invite to match feel of the deckled edge.  For the portraits of their fur babies Fiona and Max, I did a digital portrait in Photoshop and added some fun details like the string of pearls to Fiona and a bow tie for Max!  I then layered on some watercolor leaves to bring it all together, as well as add those leaves throughout the rest of the suite. For the main envelopes, we went with the sage green color that matched their wedding colors perfectly.  I love mixing and matching the main and RVP envelopes, so we went with the metallic pearl color for the RSVP envelopes.  It’s the perfect amount of shimmer! The final touch for the invites was the monogram champagne color wax seal that attached to the vellum jackets.  The deckled edge also make the invites feel so luxe and high-end, as well as make your invites stand out from others that you may receive for other weddings!

I also had the pleasure of creating a lot of Ashley and Nick’s day of items that matched back to their wedding invites.  Since the wedding was at a winery, we had to make some fun drink signs and cocktail napkins with their fur babies on it.  The Signature Cattails sign was a huge hit, and they had 3 on different bars at their venue for the cocktail hour and the reception.  The couple also had a cigar bar, so custom matchbooks were also a must.  They have printing on both sides so we added their favorite engagement photo on one side and their venue illustration on the other.  These make for great favors for wedding guests!  For the placecards, I used the same watercolor leaves and fonts as the invites on one side and the venue illustration on the other.  Simple, clean, and easy for the guests to read.  The best combo!

Overall, Ashley and Nick’s wedding felt so special and so welcoming.  Everything was so personalized and truly reflected them as a couple.  All of the photos were taken by the incredibly talented Mekina Saylor Photography and she captured the day absolutely perfectly!
